The Arts & Crafts Movement was a brief blip in the history of decorative arts, but one that made a huge impact. Running concurrently with Art Nouveau and sharing the desire to return to handmade over machine made goods, but with its own distinctive aesthetic: think William Morris and Archibald Knox. This small turquoise pendant circa 1880 is the embodiment of Arts & Crafts style. Delicately handmade, this rare little jewel has been converted from an antique stick pin.
