Shipping & Returns

Domestic and International Shipping is provided free of charge.
Packages sent within Australia will be sent via Australia Post, and International orders are sent via DHL. A tracking number will be provided so that you can monitor the progress of your package. All items are insured against loss and damage.

Your items will be securely boxed for transportation. We believe that every jewellery purchase is an occasion – particularly if you are making a purchase for yourself – and to that end each order is packed as if it is a very special gift. We want you to be thrilled with the entire experience of making a purchase from us.

We have a no-questions asked returns policy.
If you would like to return your item please let us know via email within 7 days. All return postage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please update us with the tracking details for your return – as soon as it arrives in the condition in which it was sent we will issue a refund. Items that have been resized or otherwise modified cannot be retuned unless by prior arrangement.
