This adorable little golden truffle hunter has to be the most personable piggy friend I’ve ever met. Pigs have been symbols of luck and abundance across many cultures for hundreds of years. They are also one of the Chinese zodiac signs – the pig is the symbol of wealth, felicity, honesty and practicality. A good little talisman.
This particular three dimensional piggy charm is circa 1960s, made in 9ct gold with a textured finish. It has the most adorable tiny little legs, a generously curly tail and giant floppy ears. It is hollow but sturdy in construction, and overflowing with personality.

Modelled in solid 9ct gold, hollow in construction but sturdily made. There are no hallmarks present, the gold content has been verified by XRF test.
