Golden Sun : 1970’s Marquise Cut Citrine Sunburst Cocktail Ring in 18ct

AU$1,750Approximately US$1,149

Whomever made this one-of-a-kind statement ring knew what they were about!
A glorious sunshine ring, reminiscent of a sunburst, a sunflower, a golden eye. Circa 1970s, the large marquise cut citrine is surrounded by a halo of 18ct rose gold sun rays / petals / eyelashes. The entire confection is held aloft in a strappy wirework basket, leading to a corset-like band that wraps ever so sexily around your finger. The rich colour of the high carat rose gold compliments the deep glow of the marquise citrine.
The setting is just high enough so that your fingers never brush those bright golden petals, but low enough that it doesn’t catch on anything. Perfectly balanced.
