Description
A most unusual necklace. Dating to the Edwardian Era, or possibly early Art Deco (circa 1901 – 1920) this handmade necklace has been fashioned in sterling silver and set with seven high grade moonstone cabochons in coronet settings.
The necklace is designed to sit along your collarbones to striking effect. Three round, high domed cabochons sit between crescents of silver, with four oval cabochons attached to the end of rigid rays of silver positioned at the mid-point of each of the crescents. The overall effect is quite charming and makes quite a statement.
The necklace measures 41.5cm long (16.34″). It weighs 7.4 grams and is in excellent vintage condition.
