Mother Goose : Vintage 9ct Nursery Rhyme Charm

AU$240Approximately US$158

There was an old woman who lived in a shoe.
She had so many children, she didn’t know what to do.
She gave them some broth without any bread;
And whipped them all soundly and put them to bed.

A vintage charm celebrating this old nursery rhyme, which opens to reveal the old woman and some of her many children inside. It is highly detailed, down to the worn hole in the sole and boot nails in the heel. I especially love the shingled roof and little chimney!

There is a complete set of English hallmarks to one side for Birmingham 1964.

Manufacture:
Modelled in 9ct yellow gold.  The shoe is hallmarked to the reverse with full English hallmarks for 9ct gold, assayed in Birmingham in 1964, with makers mark C.P.S.

Weighs 2.76 grams.

**please note a chain is not included, however I’d be pleased to source one for you. Please get in touch with your preferred length, I’ll do my very best.
