Sold

A beautiful example of Art Deco practical chic – sparkly, shiny and easy to wear, this ring has all the qualities that vintage band lovers look for in a diamond band. Circa 1920/1930s this elegant half eternity has been wonderfully preserved and is every bit as practical as it is beautiful. It would be an outstanding choice for a ring you plan to wear every day.

Manufacture:
The seven bead set diamonds are top quality stones, each one securely bead set into a rectangular setting. The fine milgrain synonymous with the period is in perfect condition, and the scrolling hand engraving covers the sides, shoulders and all the way around the side of the band. It’s the little handmade details like the gentle engraving that make vintage rings like this one so very desirable.

The diamonds are approximately 2mm in diameter with a combined approximate carat weight of 0.2 carats. The diamonds have been independently graded as F-G in colour and Vs in clarity.

Modelled in 18ct white gold throughout and hallmarked 18ct to the inside of the band, with the makers mark J. L. The ring is 2.65mm wide, tapering to 2mm at the back of the band. It sits 1.65mm high on the finger. Weighs 1.8 grams.

Size M or 6.25
resizable, but this will interfere with the engraving around the edge of the band.

Condition:
Excellent. The diamonds are all free from chips and scratches. The ring shows no signs of repair or resize.
It has been professionally cleaned and freshly rhodium plated, ready for immediate and everyday wear.
