Description
Modelled in 14ct rose gold, these vintage earrings feature a natural deep orange coral bead suspended from a swinging pendulum inside a teardrop shaped gold frame. The kidney wires are hallmarked with the Latvian hallmarking system in use between 1927-1940 – before the Soviet Occupation of 1940.
Coral has been worn since ancient times as a charm of protection, guarding its wearer from illness.
The earrings have a drop of 35mm. They are 9.6mm wide and weigh 2.1 grams (pair).
These earrings are lightweight but incredibly pleasing to wear – just the right amount of swish at the earlobe. The coral hue a prefect compliment to a summer wardrobe, and a charm against illness all year round.
