Lucky Locket : Edwardian Era 18ct Gold Round Locket with Hand Engraved Four Leaf Clover

A lucky little locket circa 1900, with the most beautiful hand engraved four leaf clover detail on its gently convex surface. The locket opens to reveal two places for photographs or small keepsakes to be kept behind glass. The locket opens via a small indentation on the side and snaps closed with a satisfying click.

A timeless piece which will always be in style and a charming way to keep those you love close to your heart.

Manufacture:
The locket is made of 18ct yellow gold throughout. It is not hallmarked, the mental content has been verified by XRF test. Both locket frames and their glass are present.

The locket measures 25.5mm (not including the bail) x 21.75mm x 5.8mm.
Weighs 6.8 grams.

Condition:
In absolutely lovely antique condition, however there is a little bump to the back of the locket which won’t be seen when worn (please see photos). One of the pieces of locket glass has a scratch. This will be easy to replace if so desired by your local jeweller.
