Description
A delightfully unusual Edwardian Era necklace circa 1900s featuring fine vivid green peridots in rose gold. Most likely made in Australia.
The peridots are a mixture of cuts – marquise, pear, round and oval – brought together in harmony in this delicious necklace.
There are no hallmarks to the piece, but the metal content has been verified by XRF test – the bezels and rigid knife edge sections are made in 9ct rose gold and the chain in 12ct rose gold.
The necklace measures 44.5cm / 17.5″ long. The drop measures 48mm.
