Daisy Darling : 1930’s Transitional Cut Daisy Cluster Ring in 18ct and Platinum

♥Sold♥

A deliciously sparkly Art Deco era Daisy cluster ring, circa 1930’s. Set with nine transitional cut diamonds of excellent colour and clarity in a platinum topped 18ct yellow gold setting, this sweetheart is the last word in easy to wear vintage diamonds. Suitable as an engagement ring, she will bring you miles and miles of smiles.

Transitional cut diamonds are the precursor to todays modern brilliant cut. They have marvellous fire but a distinctive vintage feel.

Manufacture:
Handmade in 18ct yellow gold with a platinum top and platinum detailing on the shoulders, hallmarked 18ct to the inside of the band.

The centre transitional cut diamond measures approximately 3.5mm in diameter – about 12 points. The surrounding eight transitional cut diamonds in the halo measure approximately 1.8mm each. There are two small single cut diamonds set into the shoulders. The ring has a total combined diamond carat weight of approximately 1/2 carat. The diamonds have been verified by an independent gemologist, who has graded them as G-H in colour and Si in clarity.

The coronet setting allows light to penetrate through the gemstones for maximum sparkle.
The shoulder details include fine milgrain details and platinum baubles.

The face of the ring measures 8.4mm in diameter. It sits 3.7mm high on the finger.
Weighs 2.4 grams.
